– Navigate to the Medicine Section: After logging in, visit the ‘Medicine’ section to view our full range of products.
– Choose Your Medicine: Use the search bar or browse through the categories to find your needed medicine. Read the product details, including dosages and pricing.
– Add to Cart: Select the quantity and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
3. Review Your Cart
– Access Cart: Click the ‘Cart’ icon to see your selected items.
– Modify Order: Adjust the quantities or remove items as necessary.
4. Proceed to Checkout
– Checkout: Click the ‘Checkout’ button, confirm your shipping details, and choose your delivery option.
– Payment Method: Select Direct Bank Transfer as your payment method. After placing your order, you will be provided with bank transfer details on the Order Confirmation Page.
5. Make Payment
– Transfer Funds: Use the bank details provided on the Order Confirmation Page to make the payment through your preferred banking app or portal.
– Share Payment Details: Submit your payment confirmation using the link provided on the Order Confirmation Page or in the email you receive with your order confirmation. This will help us verify your payment promptly.
6. Track Your Order
– Shipping Confirmation: You will receive an email with a tracking link and a Shipping ID once your order is dispatched.
– Track Online: Use the link and Shipping ID to track your order. This information is available in the email and also in the ‘Order’ section of your Oncostore account.
